Startup financing in a trinational region (EN)

We want to find out, how does startup financing look like in our Swiss, French, German region and how can we benefit from each other?

In our trinational region, encompassing the Basel Area (CH), Baden-Württemberg (GER) and the Grand Est (FRA), we are lucky to live in a trinational innovation cluster. While the character of the region is a strong asset for innovation and entrepreneurship, it is also a challenge as the region with its three countries is fragmented by borders, different languages and cultures.

Basel Area Business & Innovation, FWTM, Startinsland and Semia are inviting to shed light on the (hidden) opportunities startups have in their neighboring ecosystems.

This event will be an informal and open webinar. We want to find out: How does the startup financing ecosystem look like in our region and how can we leverage each other’s funding ecosystems?

What we want you as participants to learn:

  1. How do my neighboring startup financing ecosystems look like?
  2. What are the differences between the financing ecosystems?
  3. What opportunities do I have to engage with my neighboring startup financing ecosystems?
